In compliance with the disclosure duty set out in article 10 of Spanish Act 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following identifying details are provided for the owner of this website, from which the desktop application Coralia CRM is offered for download and sale.

This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of this website, whose purpose is to provide information about the Coralia CRM application and to allow the installer to be downloaded and licences to be purchased. Browsing the site confers the status of user and implies acceptance of the conditions set out here.

3. Conditions of use of the site

The user undertakes to make proper and lawful use of the website and its contents, refraining from using them for purposes or with effects contrary to the law, to public morals or to public order. The owner is not liable for damages arising from improper use of the site by the user.

The owner may temporarily suspend access to the website without prior notice for maintenance, security or update reasons, and may also modify its contents and conditions of use.

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of this website, the parties submit to the Courts of the user's place of residence where the user acts as a consumer, in accordance with consumer protection legislation.
